UK Businessman Needs help this Week

Hi I am sorry to trouble you I am a bussiness man in Newcastle England. We recently set up a company exsporting from Belgium. We have done most of the work Via telephone and Fax but we need to come over and sort out the VAT and also rent an appartment.
