Thumbs up

Hello! Here is a fabulous belgian dish..great for brunch, which my friends in belgium made for me, you will LOVE it! I make it regularly on sundays.
6 witloof (belgian endive)
12 slices of ham (big picnic type, cut a little thick)
2 packages of cheese sauce (Knorr brand for veggies)

Cut the witloofs in half length wise and steam or boil (microwave)untill almost cooked, but still kind of firm. Then wrap each in a slice of ham and place in a shallow baking pan, like a pyrex type.
Pour the prepared cheese sauce over top of them and bake in the oven untill the cheese sauce is just beginning to brown, at about 350.F.
Serve with eggs, toast, hashbrowns, or whatever you like. This serves 4-5 people, but I usually eat 3 or 4 myself at least!

Give this a try...it is incredible!
